"I do not desire the British Broadcasting Corporation slanting in any particular direction, I simply desire it balanced, unbiased and just," he declares.

Upon being questioned whether he believes the BBC is structurally prejudiced, Prescott answers: "No, I do not. It is important to note, numerous aspects the BBC creates is world class - encompassing factual and entertainment shows."

However, he continues: "There remains substantial tasks that needs to be done at the British Broadcasting Corporation."

The second ex-adviser British Broadcasting Corporation specialist questioned by the group, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the BBC very seriously and that it maintains a "continuous process and lively discussion" on dynamic and complex topics.

"Did the BBC ready to have a thorough conversation and debate and implement changes?" she reflects. "As I see it, affirmative, they were."
